Staff Director for Hollywood luminaries Henry Winkler, Aaron Spelling, Henry Mancini and Ms. Barbra Streisand, he trained under Gailand Klass, Klass Catering, Wolfgang Puck and others & taught at the Ma Maison School of Cooking in Los Angeles. From 1987 to 2006, he taught at the Cooking School at Larry’s Markets, at Third Place Books and other venues, and was a guest-feature on CBS affiliated KIRO-TV’s INSIDE LINE, as the “Insider Food Hints” Specialist.
