For rejuvenation through exercise, Holland America Line cruise ship spas offer fitness classes to help you achieve optimum health and vitality. Yoga, Pilates, spinning, aquarobics and cardio Ki-Bo circuit training are available for students of all levels. Take advantage of treadmills, stationary bikes, stairsteppers, rowing machines, weights and weight machines. And while you're working out, refresh your soul with soothing panoramic views of the ocean.

As part of Holland America's Signature of Excellence initiative, the spa and salon facilities on each of the line's premium cruise ships is being expanded and enhanced. Staffed with professionals from Steiner Leisure, the tranquil Greenhouse Spa and Salon invites guests to embrace sensory indulgence. The Greenhouse Spa and Salon is currently available on the ms Oosterdam, ms Prinsendam, ms Ryndam, ms Westerdam, ms Zaandam and ms Zuiderdam, and the spa and salon expansion will be competed throughout the fleet by Spring 2006.
